Outdoors TV specialises in original content for outdoors enthusiasts. If you are a producer or production company, or have a strong idea that you'd like to develop into a programme for the channel yourself then this page is for you.

We accept proposals for programmes from third party producers that can premiere on the channel & that the channel will have a subsequent right to exploit. This does not mean that we demand exclusivity - we only require exclusive first transmission for a short defined period. After this period, producers are free to place their programmes or video clips on any platform & Outdors TV will have the right to repeat transmission of the programme as it sees fit.

What this offers producers is the opportunity to develop programmes, films or videos with the sure knowledge that the piece will be aired to a broad outdoors audience. If the film is intended for DVD output, editing a programme version for Outdoors TV can act as a great promotional tool to stimulate interest in the DVD product prior to its release (we only accept full programmes not trailers).

While we don't commission work from third party producers at present, placing a programme on Outdoors TV can help you to convince sponsors that their exposure value will be worth the investment, helping to secure the finance you need to produce your programme.
