A profile of one of the most idyllic sprint triathlons

Richard Iles of Race New Forest, tells us all about the race, which takes place in historic Buckler's Hard, near Beaulieu - the ship building hub of King Henry 8th. With a swim in the fast flowing Beaulieu River, a ride through the New Forest & a run along through farmland on the Beaulieu Estate, this is no walk in the park, but it does offer a fabulous alternative to 'sterile' courses designed only for achieving PBs.

Race Day profiles grass roots race events, which rarely receive mainstream media coverage but which make up the vast majority of competitive events up & down the UK.
