Outdoors TV is a site designed specifically to provide outdoors enthusiasts with engaging programmes about their lifestyle & the pursuits they love. Its aim is to inspire, inform, educate & encourage, with programmes covering the complete spectrum of outdoors issues & activities.

Why online?
The TV world is changing rapidly. To many in the broadcast industry, the internet represents the future & that's a view we share. It allows low volume special interest channels to exist where otherwise they would not, giving viewers greater choice & a more complete experience.

What's the format?
Outdoors TV is an 'On Demand' service & shows nothing but programming produced exclusively for the site. Programmes are provided without charge or subscription & new programmes currently come on stream at the rate of around one a month.

What's in the schedule?
We don’t believe in schedules – they make you watch programmes at our convenience not yours! On Outdoors TV, you’ll find a selection of programmes available for a period of time, to watch when you want to. After all, time spent watching TV is time lost in the outdoors!

What's the plan?
Outdoors TV has been created to provide an ongoing source of outdoors programming for the long term. We're not chasing ratings or trying to draw people in with interactive facilities. We're focussed 100% on delivering free, original, interesting programmes for outdoors people, it's as simple as that.
